Intuit Advances Racial Equity

Intuit has established the Racial Equity Advancement Leadership (REAL) team to develop a long-term plan addressing racial equity internally, while appointing a racial equity director and implementing training that has reached over 1,000 leaders, alongside efforts to enhance underrepresented minority recruiting through partnerships and inclusive hiring practices.
