Indiegogo's DEI Push

Indiegogo states it has work to do on improving diversity within the company. The company commits to ensuring its team reflects the community it serves. That being said, it seems they are now scrubbing their DEI pages and the original blog was deleted, so we replaced it with their glassdoor DEI rating.
